ABOUT ME

I've spent the greater part of my adult life in the world of healthcare as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. And a it took a simultaneous struggle with my own health -- in the form of food allergies, intolerances, and Autoimmune Disease -- to help refine what you see here today as a more comprehensive, whole person approach to supporting a health journey from dis-ease and disorder to strength and resilience. I'm happy to pass my knowledge, skill, and care on to you so that you too can find health and vitality again. We start with getting to know you as a whole person, not just a body with a problem to be fixed and sold a supplement and a plan.
